Alisha Ting is the Principal-in-Charge and one of two founding partners of Ting + Li Architects. With over 30 years as a registered architect in New York State, she is highly experienced in planning and project management, specializing in design, budget, and scheduling. Appointed to the New York City Code Revision Technical Committee in 2012, Alisha is a leader in the office and in the design community for building, zoning, and ADA compliance. Alisha is also a LEED accredited professional certified by USGBC. Her vast knowledge and professionalism contribute clear and direct solutions to complex projects which demand quality, strict scheduling, and uncompromising budget.
Alisha’s prior professional experience includes working as Project Architect at Perkins + Will and Lockwood Greene, currently CH2M. Her early work includes new construction, additions, and renovations of institutional, commercial, housing and health related facilities. Alisha received her Masters Degree in Planning and Design from Columbia University and a Masters Degree of Architecture from Carnegie-Mellon University. CV/RESUME
Stephen Ting is a founding partner of Ting + Li Architects and the supervising principal of design and production within the office. With over 35 years as a registered architect in New York State & New Jersey, he has comprehensive experience in designing and managing complex projects through construction completion. Stephen is a LEED accredited professional certified by USGBC. His expertise and leadership as lead technical architect provides great confidence in the quality of the Ting + Li brand.
Mr. Ting began his professional career at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM). While at SOM, Stephen was the Senior Designer on several domestic and international projects. Subsequently, Mr. Ting joined as an associate with the firm Beckhard, Richlan & Associates. Stephen received his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the Cooper Union School of Art, Architecture & Engineering.CV/RESUME
